( The Organizer) does not discriminate against any person on the

its programs and activities. All notification of cancelation must be
sent in writing to training@passionpro.net Due to the cost incurred
for program and event preparation a Cancellation and refund policy
applies: Cancellations/postpone requests by [PARTICIPANT] In case
the participant does not attend the training program has already
confirmed registration and payment this leads to the activation of
cancellation and postponement policy as follows:

Refund of program registration fees in case Passion Pro

, more than (30 working days) from the program implementation
date after deducting an administration and bank transfer fees
(25%) of the program total fees.

(35%) of the program total fees is deducted in case Passion Pro
was informed of the registration cancellation in writing or
through email training@passionpro.net
not less than (21 working days) from the program
implementation date.

(50%) of the program total fees is deducted in case Passion Pro
was informed of the registration cancellation in writing or
through email training@passionpro.net
not less than (15 working days) from the program
implementation date.

Full registration fees are deducted in case Passion Pro was
informed of registration cancellation in writing or through
email training@passionpro.net
within (7 days) of the program implementation date.

No deduction in case attendance postponement is asked for (in
writing or through email
training@passionpro.net
to a later program not less than (21 working days) from the
program implementation date. In case attendance postponement is
asked for (in writing or through email

less than (21 working days) from the program implementation
date, (25%) of the paid registration fees is deducted; while
retaining the advantage of the postponement of the program
attendance is for a maximum of one year only.

In case if the participant did not join the program on th
mentioned date, it is considered as "No-show" status and thus;
no refund shall be issued to the participant.

The above terms don't apply on Special offers or price bundles -
only the participant has the right to postpone to a later
program within 1 year - no cancellation or refund is allowed.

In any case of the above, banking and admin fees shall be added
to the deducted amount
Cancellations/postpone requests by [Passion Pro]:
In case Passion Pro cancels or postpones this program this leads to
the activation of cancellation and postponement policy as follows:

Passion Pro reserves the right to cancel or postpone any of its
announced programs as a result of uncontrolled conditions or
force majeure which leads to make the program implementation is
impossible with no obligation or legal commitment.

In case Passion Pro cancels this program as a result of
uncontrolled conditions or force majeure, paid registration fees
is returned to the participant while deducting only bank
transfer fees within a period of 60 working days.

If certain conditions require Passion Pro to postpone this
program, Passion Pro informs the participants of the program new
date. Participants have the right to attend the program on its
new date or delegate attendance to a representative based on the
new program new registration fees. This might require paying
registration fees difference or keeping the paid fees for
